"ECHECS contre échec" "CHESS against Failure" is proud to carry out its 13th action within this very honorable French N.G.O "For a Child's Smile"                                                        So far, P.S.E. had no activity related to the game of  Chess.                                                            Last year, Mr. Philippe DUPOUTS, Director of Education, very well received my proposal.                                                                                                                                                          

At the same time, I met Reechhee CHEAP, a young Khmer, English-speaking, coach of football teams, guitarist, good player of Western Chess and Khmer Chess.                        He too enthusiastically accepted my proposal.                                                                               Thanks to him, all the sessions will be in the Khmer language.                                                     The very basic level of the students in English would have slowed down the course of the action considerably. Its presence is therefore very important.

Reechhee will follow a teaching method that I have already provided for him and I will be present at all the  sessions.                                                                                                                            The action will be carried out before the end of June 2022, concentrated over 1,5 months, at the rate of 1 hour 15 minutes per session, with 30  students who live in the NGO and who only return to their families during school holidays.
